Practice for the Dougherty's

The other night Adrienne...I mean Benjamin had invited Lucy to go out to eat, bowling and then to sleep over.  She was thrilled!  When I talked to Adrienne about the plans for the evening she said they would probably go out for pizza before going to bowl...so like any polite guest would do I invited myself and William to go along.  THEN, because I really wanted to make the party great I invited my good friends, Meredith and Justin Dougherty, to come along too!  Dinner was great and afterward when Joe and A took the kids bowling...Mere, Justin, Will and I all went back to the Moore Pad to have a little Just Dance 2 fun on the Wii.  Because they had never played the game before I thought it was only appropriate that I show them how it was done.  (I hate to toot my own horn here...but I am REALLY good at Just Dance...I can really move) Anyhoo...while I'm rocking out to a few songs showing my awesome moves Will jumps up on Meredith and Justin's lap and feel dead asleep...unfortunately he woke up when I took the picture.  (Disclaimer: Meredith will probably kill me for posting this because she looks a little drunk but please note she is almost 5 months prego with her first baby.  What a lucky kid he/she will be!)

Also note that I DO realize that I must have been dancing for quite some time for Will to have the opportunity to warm up to Justin and Meredith, ask if he could sit on their lap, find his "fire" and "night-night" (pacifier and cloth diaper) AND fall asleep.  I promise, in the future, to be more considerate of my guests and only play the Wii when I don't have people over.  (but I am good! It will be a shame no one else gets to see these moves ;)
