Christmas 2009

Christmas was a blast! Tyler had some time off and it's so funny how easy our life returns to normal!!! It just feels right when we're all together...the four of us! He is a great dad and I know Lucy and Will were glad to have a bit of a break from me!

Christmas Eve started out kind of rough...Lucy woke up with a temp and showing some discomfort with her left ear. Luckily we got right into the clinic and got her started on some new meds. I'm not sure what we're going to do about those ears of hers. The rest of the day was spent just relaxing together and enjoying being together. We did make it to the Christmas Eve service at church. Tyler had to give the invocation, I had to do a reading and Michael had to sing. I don't think Tyler will mind when I say Michael was the Moore with the best performance that night. He sang one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. I was super proud of him, it was wonderful! Lucy was pretty proud too...she stood in the pew the whole time yelling Michael's name. She adores him!

Lucy and I ready for church...she sure does love her suckers!

Tyler and Will on Christmas Day...aren't my boys handsome!

Christmas Day we went to Julie and Kevin's new house in Marshall. It was nice to be all together and the kids were absolutely spoiled. Among all of the wonderful things Lucy and Will received the neatest has to be Lucy's new kitchen! She (or I) was not expecting it and we were overjoyed! I secretly always wanted one. She is having a ball with it...HOURS of nonstop play! Thank you Nana Julie!!!

Lucy and her new bouncy ball...compliments of Aunt Sarah, or Rahrah as Lucy would say!

OH...Lucy what is it?!?!

She's talking to Nana...it's ALWAYS Nana!

My niece Madeleine Rose...she's growing so fast!

The day after Christmas we went to my parent's for breakfast and had a ball. The only downfall the whole time was the fact it didn't last long enough. Allison, Ben and Landon were there and the kids had so much fun being together. I don't think they got into one argument! We went to Tyler's dad's for lunch and enjoyed seeing that crazy bunch! Tyler's Aunt Nikki and Uncle Roger were there along with his cousins...we ALWAYS have a blast when they're around!

Will was not ready to get up yet.

Lucy, Allison and Benjamin. Ready...Set...GO!

Three of my favorite boys...Tyler, Will and Uncle Steve

All in all this Christmas was SO wonderful! Everyone was WAY too generous and I have to say I'm so thankful for how blessed we are. Not just because everyone got everything they wanted and more but because we have so many people we love to enjoy the holiday with! I'm not sure what we'd do without them.
